TITLE SERVICES (a la carte)

Our property reports provide the information you need - that all liens are filed with the proper legal description and all documents are signed with the correct names of the vested titleholders. 

Property Report include:

• A copy of the current deed;
• A list of all outstanding liens and mortgages recorded from the date that the current owner acquired title;
• Tax information including the total amount due, obtained directly from the local tax collector.  
• Any home equity lines of credit and other small liens where title insurance is not necessary
   

In these risky times, Property Reports are an increasingly useful tool 

Property Reports are available to Loan Officers as an ongoing service to borrowers between refinance transactions. This is acost effective way to check the title of other properties owned by the sameborrower, and to clarify any confusion on credit and title that come up during the refinance process.
