Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving – An expression of thanks, the act of giving thanks; grateful acknowledgement of benefits or favors. A public celebration or acknowledgment of blessings or kindness. A day set apart for giving thanks.

East Providence, RI: The idea behind our Equity Thanksgiving basket this year was to capture the moments that make this holiday truly special, those moments that members of the team spend with family, friends and neighbors. Each basket included all the necessities for a great Thanksgiving meal, And, to insure that each gathering had a place to keep the memories of this Thanksgiving forever, we included a personalized photo album, a disposable camera, and a gift card to CVS so they can develop the pictures. We also included games the whole family can enjoy and a fleece blankets for the inevitable post meal crash. We hope our efforts help create lifelong memories that can be kept and shared for years to come.

Jacksonville. FL team: We took a more traditional home and family theme for our Thanksgiving basket this year.

We included most of the traditional Thanksgiving side dishes – green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, dessert and other spices and ingredients along with a host of other items.

						We placed scented pine cones in the bottom of each basket to enhance that holiday aroma. Included a table cloth, napkins, and napkin rings, as well asThanksgiving dish towels, and a candle with candle holder. Finally, we tried to think of something that the recipients could do as a family. These days, a lot of people go to the movies on Thanksgiving, so in each card we included movie gift certificates  for a family of four. Hopefully, each family got to have complete and joyousThanksgiving together.
