Conference and Expo October 9^th -12^th in Chicago. “These are difficult times for the housing market. The industry is seeing a lot of changes and so is Equity National.” Jim O’Donnell has seen many changes in his twenty years as President of the Rhode Island based lender services company. “it’s during the hard times that you stop to reflect and regroup. We believe this is the best time to do a little repositioning. Over the past 10 years the focus has been almost exclusively on process improvement and technology. Everyone’s competing to see how fast they can turn around a title search and close a loan. We get it, the customer expects a quick turnaround,” but, says O’Donnell, “they also deserve quality,”

Social media has reframed the conversation and shifted the perspective and influence to the customer.
