Closing Services Detail
Purchase Closing - A full escrow closing with title insurance performed in accordance with your written closing instructions.
- Disburse funds and prepare the HUD-1, in full compliance with Client’s closing instructions
- Equity National will file the Mortgage utilizng e-filing wherever possible
- Saturday and evening closings are included in our standard fees
- Execution/witness of miscellaneous loan-related documents can be conducted for an additional fee
Refinance Closing - A full escrow closing with title insurance performed in accordance with your written closing instructions.
- Our settlement team will schedule the closing, arrange for payoffs, disburse funds and prepare the HUD-1, in full compliance with Client’s closing instructions
- Equity National will file the Mortgage utilizng e-filing wherever possible
- Saturday and evening closings are included in our standard fees
- Execution/witness of miscellaneous loan-related documents can be conducted for an additional fee
Witness/Execution of Closing
For those customers who prefer to handle their own settlement, the Equity National team will schedule the closing and our experienced network of closing agents will “witness” and notarize documents provided in accordance with your written instructions.
- Equity National will file the Mortgage (optional)
- The Client is responsible for satisfying all title requirements and providing appropriate documentation to Equity National
